Mosquitoes die by Spider's poison| Researchers at the University of Maryland of the United States have found a new way to prevent malaria. This can kill mosquitoes by 99% in 45 days. This experiment has succeeded in Burkina Faso in Africa. Researchers have made metharijium pingshance fungus from spider poison. The mosquito is killed when it comes in contact. This helps prevent malaria from spreading.

1500 mosquito experiments, 13 survivors -
For the experiment the research team selected the area of 6500 square feet in Burkina Faso. Here fungus clothes were placed inside the mosquito nets among 1500 mosquitoes. 45 days later all died except 13 mosquitoes. With the effect of fungus, it helped in eliminating 2 generations of mosquitoes.

Malaria affects millions of people-
Maryland University's research team and Burkina Faso's IRSS Research Institute worked on research. Researchers have said that female anopheles are carriers of malaria. Its bites kill 4 lakh people every year. About 219 million people fall ill with malaria every year Fungus Anopheles kills mosquitoes and kills them.

Poisson collected from Australian spider-

Professor Raymond St Lager of the University of Maryland said, "We used genetic engineering to make fungus. Funnel web spider poison used in Australia for this has been used. As the fungus reaches inside the mosquitoes, the poison starts working and the number of mosquitoes decreases.

Preparation for Worldwide Use-
Prof.lager explains that the spider leaves his poison inside it to kill any insect. We adopted this technique. Tests in labs show that the fungus can kill the mosquitoes faster. Now it has to be tested in many parts of the world.
Dr. Brian Lovett of the University of Maryland says that our motive is not kill the mosquito species to prevent malaria from spreading.
