SmartWatch is trending these days among people who are cautious about fitness. Every day, how many steps they took and how much calorie energy they burnt from them, they keep an eye on the smartwatch. It is also true that the kind of electronic devices worn on the body has added convenience to the people. Rather some people believe that these tools can also be helpful in solving many social problems.

According to an estimate, the number of people over 60 will be more than two times by the year 2050. According to the United Nations, the number of older people going up so much, the most significant social change of the 21st century will be considered, but the biggest challenge in this situation will be the problems of walking faced by people.

It is normal to have difficulty walking with age. However, the quality of life of any person can fall. It can be a problem in offices, public places, and even homes. So scientists are working in this direction.

The suit will be very light-
Working on a new body that is being worn on the body is going to be helpful. Research Center named SRI International (Sesmic) has prepared a robotic 'super suit' which will be light and comfortable too. Wearing it will give strength to the muscles and it will be easy to walk. The 'electric muscles' of this suit get energy from a small motor. They are constructed in such a way that they look like human muscles in view.

These electric muscles are inside the fabric around the joints of the body and are attached to the cloth grip. This gesture acts like the body of the 'Tendons' of the body. In this suit, a small computer and sensor are also installed to monitor body movements. The software tells the muscles inside the fabric that when it is time to activate. Parts of the technology such as a motor, battery, control board are attached in a low-profile pod so that they get more comfort.

Freedom to walk -
"The kind of product that people were helping so far are the walkers and the rods," says Rich Mehane, founder and CEO of this research center. At the moment, the second option is to either limit our physical activities and at home It has been seen that a lot of people choose the second option because they hesitate to take help of walkers or any other device. "

To make this suit attractive and capable, Sesame Research Center has worked with designer Behr. "Our goal is to create a product that you really want to wear, not that which you have to wear," says Behar, "It is equally important to be beautiful and attractive along with the rest."

Sesmic aims to launch this suite in all markets around the world, including USA, Japan, UK, by the end of this year. This will be their first product in 'Powered Clothing'. In the 'Victoria and Albert Museum' exhibition in London, 'The Future Start Here', 100 more products will be kept with this super suit.

As the aging progresses, the muscular power decreases. Everyone has to face it. As soon as you are 60, muscle strength decreases. Wearable technology can be useful not only for the elderly but also for other people. Research is going on to create such products that can be useful for children with stroke problems and muscular problem.

For example, to protect those who work on Ware House or Construction site, such products are extremely important. As Behar says, 'As a designer, my focus is on the fact that this technology will be used in this way that we are used to humans. And that can make our everyday life better and easier. "

They believe that wearable technology is still in the early stages. It is difficult to know, however, in which direction this technology can be worn in the coming decade. But as far as progress is concerned, it is an ever-growing industry in use.

There is also a way to solve world-class problems. One thing that is certain is that it has the potential to benefit the technology and the shared relationship of a person.

The End
