2. Blinking of Eyelids-

How to perform:
1.First of all, sit in Sukhasan, Padmasana or Vajrasana by laying a yoga mat and keep your eyes open.
2.After this take a deep breath and blink your eyes quickly for about 5 seconds.
3.Now close your eyes for 5 seconds and focus on the movement of the breath.
4.This exercise can be repeated about five to six times for better results.

3. Looking left-right-
Just as meditation is done with the eyes closed, similarly, eyes can be exercised by constantly looking at both sides of the gaze.

How to perform:
1.First of all, sit on the mat in the position of Sukhasana, Padmasana or Vajrasana.
2.Now continuously look to your right and left.

4. Rotate the eyes-
It is also called eye rotational exercise. In this exercise both the eyes are rotated in circular motion. This exercise is done by rotating the eyes first clockwise and then anti-clockwise. Here we are telling you about the method of doing this exercise.

How to perform:
1.First of all sit in Sukhasan.
2.Close your eyes for at least 5 seconds and then open your eyes while taking a deep breath.
3.After this, the eyes have to be continuously rotated clockwise in circular motions.
4.Do this at least 5 times and then close the eyes for 10 seconds.
5.Now open your eyes again and move the eyes anti-clockwise in circular motions.

5. Looking Down-
Looking up and down can also be a good exercise for eyesight and to relieve muscle tension. Here we are telling you about this exercise.

How to perform:
1.Sit on the yoga mat and make a fist of one hand and make a thumbs-up pose.
2.After this, keeping the thumb in front of the eyes, keep an eye on it.
3.Now move the thumb slowly down and then slowly bring it up. During this, the eye will remain on the thumb only.
4.You can do this about 5 to 10 times.
5.After the exercise, close your eyes and focus on your breath.

7. Look at your nose-
In your childhood or growing up, you must have seen it on the top of your nose. It is also called Tratak practice. Tratak means to gaze at an object continuously for a certain period of time. Doing this improves your concentration and vision.

How to perform:
1.After sitting on the yoga mat, take a long deep breath and release it.
2.Then focus your eyes on the tip of the thumb, while breathing in and out comfortably.
3.Gaze at the tip of the nose for a few seconds.
4.Then close your eyes and relax for a few seconds and then repeat the same process again.

8. Near and Far Seeing-
Seeing your near and immediately distant objects at the same time can also improve your eyesight. Here we are telling you its method.

1.After sitting on a yoga mat or chair, bring the thumb of your right hand in front of the eyes.
2.First place the thumb near your eyes and then slowly move it away from the eyes.
