Women's empowerment: Part-2: Where things have changed

Women Empowerment| But now many efforts are being made to consider women's elevation as a matter of importance and in the last few years the work of empowerment of women has also increased. Due to these efforts, women are now daring to free themselves from the baseless chains.

The government is making new plans for women's upliftment, many NGOs have started to raise their voices for women's rights so that women can be ready to face every challenge without any support. The work of today's women is not limited to assuming household chores; they are registering their presence in every field. Business or family women have proved that they can show by doing all the work that men think that only they have domination, have rights.

As soon as they got education, their understanding increased. The thought and desire of making themselves self-reliant has arisen. By getting education, women have learned to believe in themselves and have dreamed of winning the world outside the house and have accomplished to some extent.

But men have always been able to maintain their masculinity to give women a feeling of being less than themselves. He sometimes messes with her honor and sometimes raises her hand. Even after the change of time, men still do not like to give women equality status, their mentality is still the same as before.

After marriage, men feel that they have got a license to officially beat up their wife. If a daughter gets birth then they thing she has to go another house aftewr marriage so why do we spend money in her study and in other field? But when the government lavished schemes like Ladli Lakshmi, then people are ready to teach her and we begin to understand that the mentality of families are changing.

Unfortunately, the words and plans of women empowerment have been reduced to cities only. On the one hand, women living in big cities and metro cities are educated, financially independent, innovative, women who work on high positions who do not want to tolerate men's atrocities in any way. On the other hand, there are women living in villages who neither know their rights nor do they adopt them. They have become so accustomed to atrocities and social bonds that now they are afraid to get out of there. They sit down to understand him as their destiny.

The End
